It’s never too early to start! Typical turnaround times are 6—8 weeks, but this can fluctuate greatly depending on time of year (wedding season is always the busiest!) and depending on whether or not you add any printing upgrades or custom details.

We always recommend erring on the side of ordering earlier and then mailing them out whenever your timeline suggests it.

Keep in mind, when ordering invitations you want to count addresses, and not actual guests. We also recommend ordering an extra 5—10 invitation suites to account for keepsakes and any late guest additions.

We strongly recommend ordering a few additional suites to take into account any last minute additions. Adding additional suites after production can be costly.

Of course! With a few design exceptions, all of our stationery items are completely customizable and we can change the colours, layout and wording to suit your personal needs.

We ask that all clients double check proofs with extra care before giving final approval. Any mistakes after printing will be the responsibility of the client, including: misspellings, incorrect details, and punctuation/grammatical errors,

Protea Press will only reprint an order if:
i) the items received do not match the final approved proofs (minute colour variations notwithstanding); or,
ii) there was an error made on behalf of our printer or production partners

After proof approval, we cannot accept returns due to any and all errors. By giving final approvals, the client accepts all responsibility for the information, design, and colour choices as shown. Reprint costs and reshipping will be the responsibility of the client.
